Delivery & Returns
1. Delivery
1.1 Delivery is available only within the United Arab Emirates.
1.2 Delivery times are typically within 48 hours, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
1.3 Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
1.4 If no one is available to receive the order at the provided address, we will attempt re-delivery, which may incur additional charges.
1.5 All risk for the Products passes to the customer upon delivery.
2. Product Shelf Life
2.1 Iced Coffee Drinks: These must be consumed within 3 days of delivery to ensure quality and freshness.
2.2 Freshly Roasted Coffee Beans: These have a shelf life of one year, provided they are stored correctly in a cool, dry place and in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
3. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
3.1 All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any Products purchased on the Website.
3.2 If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at info@masracoffee.com, providing details and evidence (e.g., photographs).
3.3 Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
